This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Data Maestros Platform, including our website at www.datamaestrostech.com, mobile and web applications, and any related media channels or services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Data Maestros Technology LLP("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

Users: Individuals or entities using the Services, including entrepreneurs, customers, and visitors.
Registered Users: Users who have signed up for an account.
Services: Features like e-commerce, social commerce, content management, and WhatsApp marketing add-on services.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws. Supplemental terms may apply to specific Services. We may modify this Agreement at our discretion, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and above. Users aged 13–18 may use the Services with parental consent and supervision.

4. Account registration and responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain account security. Entrepreneurs are responsible for ensuring their business details and customer data comply with laws.

5. Services provided

The Data Maestros Platform offers e-commerce, social commerce, WhatsApp marketing, content management, and analytics tools. We may modify or discontinue Services at our discretion.

6. User conduct

You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes, share misleading content, interfere with platform functionality, or send spam via the WhatsApp marketing add-on.

7. Intellectual property

Platform content is owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a license to use it for providing Services.

8. Payment and fees

Free tools are available for entrepreneurs. Paid services, like the WhatsApp marketing add-on, are processed via third-party gateways and are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or at our discretion. Upon termination, access to Services will cease.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services, to the extent permitted by law. Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
